  • Opening Ceremony of the 19th International Human Rights Summit
  • Keynote Addresses by UN Member State Representatives and Dignitaries
  • Youth Delegate Presentations: Voices from around the world
  • Panel Discussion: Generation of Change – Youth at the Forefront of Human Rights Youth leaders share how they use education and activism to advance the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  • Panel: Human Rights Education for Peace Educators and scholars present successful models of human rights education in action.

Day 2: Friday, July 25 – United Nations Headquarters

  • Location: United Nations Headquarters
  • Registration (for new arrivals): 9:00 AM
  • Program: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Acknowledgment of Human Rights Heroes Honoring individuals and organizations making extraordinary contributions to peace and justice.
  • Special Presentations By Human Rights Leaders
  • Panel: Policies into Practice – Governments Advancing Human Rights Officials discuss institutional implementation of human rights through education, training, and governance.
  • Panel: From Commitment to Action – Making Human Rights a Reality NGOs share field-based strategies for protecting vulnerable communities and translating rights into real-world change.
  • Panel: Creative Voices for Human Rights Artists and media professionals explore the role of storytelling, music, and film in promoting awareness and empathy.
  • Closing Remarks

Day 3: Saturday, July 26 – Human Rights Forum & Youth Workshop

  • Light Breakfast: 9:30 AM
  • Program: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Morning Session: Forum for Dialogue Between Youth and Human Rights Leaders

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • This interactive forum brings together youth delegates and veteran human rights leaders in a moderated dialogue.
  • Participants will explore the role of education in bridging experience and activism, and reflect on the future of global human rights work.
  • Moderated panel discussion between youth and adult panelists
  • Cross-generational perspectives on peacebuilding and civic responsibility

Afternoon Session: Human Rights Workshop

  • Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • An in-depth, hands-on session designed for Youth Delegates and interested guests.
  • The workshop will focus on turning knowledge into action through community organizing, project planning, and education-based outreach.
  • The workshop will end with an engaging performance and celebration.

Evening Session: Youth Delegate Activities

  • Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • A dynamic close to the Summit, this youth-led segment includes a peace walk to Times Square and a petition drive for human rights education.
